Hoffmann–La Roche AG, Basel als Device Team Leader geleitet. In ähnlicher Position bei Synthes GmbH, Oberdorf hat er die Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten und Kombinationsprodukten als Projektleiter vorangetrieben. Fabio Cirillo ist Chemiker, zertifizierter Projektleiter, hält Zertifikate in Design Thinking und Business Strategy von der Cornell University als auch einen Six Sigma Black Belt. Zudem hält Fabio Cirillo mehrere Verwaltungsratsmandate in Startups und ist gern gebuchter Keynote-/Anchor-Speaker an Fachkongressen.
